TOURNAMENT IS OPEN TO PAID ENTRANTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

How to Play and Selection of Winners

TO PARTICIPATE, YOU MUST SIGN THE TUSCAN RIDGE WAIVER, THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR CART AND GOLF COURSE CONDITION. SHOTGUN START AND REGULAR GOLF RULES APPLY TO TOURNAMENT

Tournament winning

CLOSEST TO THE PIN WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED BY TOURNAMENT SPOTTER MEASUREMENT FROM THE LIP OF THE CUP TO YOUR BALL.

TEE SHOT IS THE ONLY (ONE STROKE) QUALIFIED MEASUREMENT TO CONSIDER. PRIZES FOR INDIVIDUAL HOLES TBA

Major Prize to be won via closest to the Pin on Hole 16 only:

One “hooptie”(car) courtesy of All Star Auto Recycling. Winner responsible for all paperwork/registration/insurance/tax/Drivers License to take possession of the vehicle at All Star Auto Recycling 22521 Capay Rd. Corning CA. Winner has 30 days to make arrangements to pick up prize. Results Radio is not responsible/liable for any charges/repairs/tickets/accidents/injuries incurred with claiming/receiving/using this prize.

Prize to be won by “Putt for Porn”:

One adult DVD from Centerfolds can be won by each golfing team by “Putt for Porn.” Each team member will be given a chance to putt. The first one to sink a putt in the designated “hole” will be given an adult DVD. The first winner then voids all the other team mates chances at winning the DVD. Only one DVD will be presented per team provided a team member sinks the putt. If no team member can do this then no team member wins the DVD. One putt per team member is allowed.

Adult DVDs may not be displayed at Tuscan Ridge, particularly around the Main Tuscan Ridge facilities (parking lot, office, bistro, etc)

DECISION OF THE ZROCK JUDGES IS FINAL.

THIS TOURNAMENT REQUIRES PROPER CONDUCT.

TOURNAMENT OFFICALS AND/OR TUSCAN RIDGE GOLF CLUB MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXPELL ANY ENTRANT IF CONSIDERED NECESSARY WITH NO REFUND OF ENTRANT FEE

After Event Raffle Items

ZROCK the Ridge paid participants will have the ability to purchase raffle tickets to win items after the ZROCK the Ridge Golf event. After purchasing raffle tickets they are entered into a random drawing for raffle items TBD.

Prizes may be changed/replaced by Results Radio at any time.

Winner has 30 days to make arrangements to pick up prize at radio station. Results Radio is not responsible/liable for any charges/repairs/tickets/accidents/injuries incurred with claiming/receiving/using this prize.

After event awards ceremony

Winning team will be decided by foursome lowest score overall and will the coveted ZROCK the Ridge PBR trophy and automatic free entry for the winning team into next years ZROCK the Ridge Tournament. PBR trophy is to be shared between winning golfers and returned for next years ZROCK the Ridge Golf Tournament. TROPHY MUST BE RETURNED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN FREE ENTRY INTO 2011 ZROCK THE RIDGE TOURNAMENT. PRIZE/FREE ENTRY/TICKETS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND ARE NON- TRANSFERRABLE.

Losing team will be decided by foursome highest score overall and will receive an empty ZROCK PBR 6 pack.

Winner Presence And Publicity Release

BY PARTICIPATING, CONTESTANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO ALLOW THE USE OF THEIR NAME AND VOICE TO BE USED IN MATERIAL RELATING TO THIS CONTEST.

Contest Player or Winner Documents & Taxes

ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBIILITY OF THE WINNER. WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND SIGN AN IRS FORM W-9. NON-COMPLIANCE MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

(For Prizes that require the Winner to travel out of market for participation or redemption) WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LIABILITY RELEASE PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF TRANSPORTATION, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED BY KRQR. THE WINNER AGREES TO HOLD KRQR AND RESULTS RADIO HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITY ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THIS PRIZE OR CONTEST.

KRQR/Z-ROCK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES IN THE RULES OF THE CONTEST WHICH WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON ANNOUNCEMENT.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CONTEST RULES MAY RESULT IN A CONTESTANT’S DISQUALIFICATION.

General Rules:

Z Rock may change these contest rules at any time. Any changes made will be clearly explained to all participants, contestants and other Z Rock officials.
Employees of Results Radio LLC, their family members, its licensee, advertisers, board of investors, employees of other radio stations and household pets are not eligible to participate.
Decisions of judges are final. By agreeing to participate in this contest each contestant agrees to abide by the contest rules and to accept any and all decisions of the Z Rock officials as final.
Only one contest entrant per immediate family and household.
All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Winner may be required to provide a valid social security number and sign an IRS 1099 form.
By agreeing to participate in this contest each contestant must agree to hold harmless Results Radio LLC, it’s employees, representative, officers, advertisers, and directors for any potential perceived or actual liability incurred by participation in this contest. Each contestant, by agreeing to participate in this contest personally accepts full liability for his or her participation in this contest
Each contestant participating in this contest agrees to give permission to Z Rock for one year to use their name, voice and picture for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation prior to accepting the prize.
Should Z Rock determine at any time that there is any reason to end the contest while more that one (1) contestant remains, Z Rock may end the contest and provide different prizes of equal value to all remaining contestants.
No drugs are allowed if a Z Rock official suspects that a contestant is under the influence of drugs, or other substance they may disqualify that contestant(s) at their sole discretion.
No Purchase necessary & void where prohibited by law
ZROCK is not responsible for technology errors or failures of the phone system, internet, or email.

Prizes may be claimed at the offices of Results Radio at 856 Manzanita ct Chico CA 95926 Monday through Friday 8AM-5:30PM. Results Radio offices are closed on legal holidays.
Any contestant failing to agree to any and all provisions of these contest rules is automatically disqualified.
No Outside food/alcohol is allowed on Course Property
